Refund Policy

1. 30-day money-back guarantee
Every WP TopR paid plan (Pro and Business, monthly or annual) is covered by a 30-day, no-questions-asked money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied for any reason, request a refund within 30 days of your payment date and we will return the full amount you paid. This is the same guarantee promised on our pricing page.
2. How to request a refund
- Email support@wptopr.com from the email address used at checkout.
- Include your order reference (shown on your order status page) or the date and amount of payment.
- No justification is required — though feedback helps us improve.
We confirm every refund request within 2 business days.
3. How refunds are paid
Payments are collected in Nigerian Naira (NGN) by bank transfer. Refunds are returned in NGN for the amount received, to a Nigerian bank account you nominate, normally within 5–10 business days of approval. Bank processing times may add a few days; we will keep you updated by email.
4. Scope
- The free version requires no purchase, so no refund applies to it.
- Refunds apply to the most recent purchase of a plan; the 30-day window restarts with each manual renewal.
- We may decline repeated purchase-refund cycles that indicate abuse of the guarantee, and cases of payment fraud.
5. After a refund
Once a refund is issued, the associated paid license is deactivated. You are welcome to keep using the free version, and to purchase again at any time.
